How an implementation runs with us
Discovery (2 to 4 weeks). We interview engineers, planners and IT, map the current product data flow and agree on the target state. You get a scoped backlog with priorities, not a 200-page blueprint.
Configure and validate (iterative). We build in short cycles on a shared test environment. Each cycle ends with your users trying real work on the configuration: releasing a drawing, raising a change, finding a part.
Migrate. Legacy CAD and documents are loaded in rehearsal runs until the counts, links and lifecycle states reconcile. We do not migrate everything by default; we agree on what has value.
Go-live and stabilise. Hypercare for the first weeks with named consultants, then handover to support.
Principles
- Configuration before customization. We only write code when the out-of-the-box path genuinely fails your process.
- Every configuration decision is documented in a decision log you own.
- Upgrade readiness is a design constraint from day one.
