What this site is
The pages here describe what we do and how we work. They are general information, not professional advice on your systems, and nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver. Any engagement between us is governed solely by a written agreement signed by both parties. We may change, correct or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Case studies and figures
Case studies are anonymised at our customers' request. The figures they quote were measured on those specific systems, with those data volumes, processes and constraints. They describe what happened there. They are not a forecast, a benchmark or a promise of what would happen on your installation.
Intellectual property
Copyright 2026 Baseline PLM LLC. The text, structure, graphics, layout and source code of this site are ours and are protected by copyright. You may read the site and print or save pages for your own information or to share internally within your organisation. Any other use, in particular republishing, systematic copying, scraping for the training of machine-learning models, or reuse of the design or code, requires our written permission. Ask us at contact@baselineplm.com; we are usually happy to say yes.
Trademarks and third-party names
PTC, Windchill, Creo, ThingWorx and Integrity are trademarks or registered trademarks of PTC Inc. Microsoft, Azure and Azure DevOps are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. GitHub is a trademark of GitHub, Inc. Kubernetes is a trademark of The Linux Foundation. Red Hat and Ansible are trademarks of Red Hat, Inc. All other product and company names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
We are an independent consultancy. Where this site names an organisation, including the organisations whose teams we have worked with and the products we work on, the name is used for identification only. It does not imply that the owner endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with us. Where we describe ourselves as a PTC partner, that refers to a partner relationship with PTC Inc. and to nothing more: we are not a reseller of PTC licences and we do not speak for PTC.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not operate, including our support portal and the sites of software vendors. We check a link when we add it, but we have no control over what those sites publish afterwards and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy notices apply once you leave this site.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
This notice and any dispute arising from it or from your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state.
